Wonderful Wakefield

To say that Kelly and I enjoyed being at Wakefield Baptist Church yesterday would be a huge understatement. As soon as we entered the church and met all of the people we felt right at home. I hope that Kelly and I were well received by the members, because all of them were certainly well received by us! Wakefield Baptist Church has incredible potential. Not just because they are building a new building and will have a great location. The potential of Wakefield Baptist Church is so high because of the quality of the people. These folks could meet under the bridge of Capital Blvd and Hy 98 and I would still desire to be their pastor! This church is going to be a success no matter who their pastor may be because they posess the heart and the qualities necessary to reach people for Christ. Kelly and I feel honored to have an opportunity to be a part of it. And...I think Seth had a good time as well. Though he slept the entire time he had the nursery all to himself. But he better not get too comfortable. There are six ladies in the congregation who are expecting little ones to be born this year.
