5 Functions of the Church

Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Evangelism, Ministry.

Some call these "purposes". I call them functions because this is what the church is supposed to be doing. Our purpose is to "Make Disciples"...this is why we exist. Our functions are how we make disciples.

Last night we began looking at our functions by beginning with discipleship. We will continue this until we are finished with all five. We will eventually align all our ministries around these functions.

We are slowly wading deeper and deeper into the missional waters. May God giude us as we continue in our pursuit of disciple-making.
